Directions :(A 10-minute drive south from downtown St. Paul and 15 minutes east from the airport.) The "Park Place" houseboat is located at "Twin City Marina" on "Dock A" slip #5. From 494 and Concord: Go South on Concord St. 1.2 miles to the Holiday gas station on the left. Go 1 more block to 65th St. Turn left. Go 1 block to Doffing St. Turn left. Go 1 block to 64th St. Turn right. Go straight 1/2 block through the parking lot of Twin City Marina to the river. Turn left. Go 1/3 block to the end and park. Walk down "A Dock" ramp to the dock. Turn left. Go a few feet to the "A Dock" finger. (Next to the aluminum rail fence) Turn right. "Park Place" is in the 5th slip on the right. |
